Jill Adams
TBRI Practitioner, DTL trained
Jill Adams has served in the educational field for over 20 years. She started her career as a classroom teacher and completed her Master’s degree in Counseling in 2006. For the past 17 years, she has served as a middle school and high school counselor and most recently as the Director of Counseling and Social work for Lewisville ISD. She has been a presenter at several state conferences and is currently the President of the Texas School Counselor Association, has served on the board for the past 5 years and is a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI©) practitioner. Jill also serves as an educational and leadership consultant with Monya Crow through Power of the Pair LLC which provides consulting services to industries and organizations across the nation in the areas such as: leadership development,organizational health as well as mental health and wellbeing.

Monya Crow
TBRI Practitioner, DTL trained
Monya Crow has been in the counseling and educational field for 28 years. She began as a classroom teacher serving students in the Special Education program through a Behavior Intervention Classroom. Upon completing graduate school and earning a Masters degree in Counseling, Monya served as a crisis and intervention counselor for students in grades K-12.
Concurrently, she opened a private practice where she specialized in working with adults in couples counseling, adult women in life transitions and adolescents. For the last five years, Monya has served in the role of Executive Director of Counseling and Social Work for Lewisville ISD in addition to serving on the board of the Texas School Counselor Association and is a Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI©) practitioner. Monya also serves as an educational and leadership consultant with Jill Adams through Power of the Pair LLC which provides consulting services to industries and organizations across the nation in areas such as: leadership development, organization health as well as mental health and wellbeing.
